Has the value of animal health information provided by OIE immediate notification system ever been evaluated? And it has, what was the value? Sometimes a delayed notification of outbreaks by OIE delegates it is observed and this certainly has an impact on the timeliness of preventive actions that neighboring countries at risk can take. Has this timeliness notion been taken into account when estimating the value of information? The same could apply to IHR of WHO
